Igglybuff animated avatar

The third in my series of animated avatars. Again, I chose to use a simple pokemon as my practice subject.
This time, though, I tried to focus more on the animation.
Igglybuffy is a cheerful pokemon, so I made her jump and blink. Isn't she cute? x3
